Rajasekharan Parameswaran (born on 2nd June, 1963) from Tamil Nadu, India has created “Most Oil Portraits in a Week”. He finished seven oil portrait paintings in seven days titled - Lady with the Rainbow Curtains. These seven portraits having RAINBOW colour curtains viz Violet Indigo, Blue, Green, Yellow, Orange and Red. For each paintings he spent 7 hrs, and used different painting styles of great artists like Peter Paul Rubens, Michal Angelo etc. He started the first painting in this series on 1st October 2012, and finished these 7 paintings on 7th October 2012. These paintings was prepared using wet-on-wet process, having size 26" x 18" each. He used some photographs of Dr. Adhiletchumy, from Malaysia for the reference. |

This silk woven sari, which costs Rs. 1, 50,000 INR (2695.4250 USD), measures 5.92m in length, 124.5cm in width and weighs 1,440gm. |
