Narain Sewa Sansthan with support of Indian Dental Association organized the longest first on-road Tobacco Free Indian Campaign (TFIC) in one car across 13 states covering more than 9,000 km in 32 days, starting at Aluva, Kerala on 24th January, 2012 and ending at IDA (H.O) in Mumbai on 25th February, 2012. Doctors who were on the trip throughout were Dr. Sachin Sinha, and Dr. J. Peter, Dr. D. Prasad (interchanging each other). Maximum number of Anti-Tobacco signatures recorded during this awareness campaign. Anti-Tobacco groups formed in various colleges. Anti-Tobacco Oath administered among public & students throughout India at 72 centers.  The Chief Patron of this Campaign was Dr. Ashok Dhoble, Patron of this campaign was Mr. A C Shanmugam,   and the organizing Secretary was Manoj Kumar Sinha (President, Narain Sewa Sansthan).
