Dr. Darla Nageswara Rao (born on 12th January, 1959) from Andhra Pradesh, India has created “Smallest Replica Art of Newspaper”. The newspaper reduced to 1/4 of its original size.  He manually replicated the front page of 5th July, 2008 edition of “THE HINDU” at the one-fourth of its size in just 48 hours. It is not photocopy of the paper, but replicating the front page by hand. Only the pictures were photocopied in colour while the rest – masthead, headings, text, advertisement, blurbs and side headings were all copied by hand using a rotring 0.1 pen, an eye glass, gel ink pens and water colours. The idea is to reproduce every letter in every live and paragraph as they are aligned without any strike overs or over writing.
