Fastest 100 Basket Ball Shootings

Dr S. Ramesh Babu (born on 12th February 1957) from Karnataka, India accomplished 100 successful baskets in just 4 min. 32 sec., @ 2.72 sec/goal, in the maiden attempt itself, using the same ball and without anybody’s assistance, on 16th November 2013, on the outdoor cement Basket Ball Court of Indian Institute of Science, Gymkhana, Bangalore (Karnataka), India. Out of these, 97 were first to attempt goals and 80 were clean goals, i.e. the basketed ball did not even touch the basket ring. A standard FIBA approved Nike ‘Game Tack’ brand basketball was used by 5 feet.4½ inch tall Ramesh to shoot the ball into the basket at the standard height of 10 feet.
