Ankit Malik (born on 14 October 1994) from Chandigarh, India, achieved the record for the "Fastest Everest Base Camp Solo Trekker." He completed the challenging trek independently, navigating extreme altitudes and harsh weather conditions from Lukla, Nepal, to Everest Base Camp (5,364 meters) in 23 hours and 47 minutes. On 15 October 2022, at 6:34 AM, he successfully unfurled the Indian flag at the summit, marking a proud moment of patriotism and determination.
