Dr S. Ramesh Babu (born on 12th February 1957) from Karnataka, India achieved the Fastest Poori Making, by preparing 132 Poories in 59 Min. 49 Sec., starting from manually preparing 868-gram wheat flour dough, kneading, making spherical balls, rolling and frying one by one at Green Country Public School, Bangalore (Karnataka), India, on 14th April 2002.
