First Unique Couple Blood Donor Donated Blood 95-95 Times

Balwant Singh (born on 12th August 1954) and Smt. Jaswant Kaur (born on 20th October 1955) from S.A.S Nagar Mohali, Punjab have donated blood 95-95 times together at the same venue and same time up to October 1, 2017. They donate blood 4 times every year i.e. on New Year (Jan 1), World health day (April 7), their wedding anniversary (July 5) and National Voluntary blood donation day (October, 1). They have together donated 76 litres of blood where Balwant Singh has donated 42.750 litres (450 ml each time) and Smt. Jaswant Kaur donated 33.250 litres (350 ml each time). They believe in doing humanitarian acts together, on their 23rd marriage anniversary, they also pledged their bodies to the Anatomy Department of Postgraduate Institute of medical and research Chandigarh for research and teaching purposes.
