Sheetal Kalpesh Shah (Born on 4th October 1973) owner of Sheetal Hair & Beauty Institute & Jcrt Ladies Wing Chairperson 2014 (JCI Surat Zone Vlll of JCI INDIA) Gujarat, India created the record “Hair Cutting Marathon” along with her team of hairdressers gave most advance haircuts (1076) in 45 hours, at Regent Square, Adajan Surat, on 3rd February 2013.
