Longest Absolute Non-Stop Solo Basket Ball

Dr S. Ramesh Babu (born on 12th February 1957) from Karnataka, India, defying his age of 53 years, played the Longest Absolute Non-Stop Solo Basketball, by basketing 243 times in one hour, one in each lap of dribbling the Basketball Federation of India approved standard ‘Cosco’ basketball from one end of the outdoor cement court to the other, at Green Country Public School, Bangalore (Karnataka), India, on 14th April 2009. Out of the 243 baskets, 84.4 % were first to attempt baskets; also, 76.1 % were clean shots, i.e. the basketball did not even contact the rim holding the basket.
