Longest Absolute Non-Stop Solo Shuttle Badminton Rally

Dr S. Ramesh Babu (born on 12th February 1957) from Karnataka, India played 3977 Absolute Non-Stop Solo Shuttle Badminton Rallies in 1 Hr. 3 Min. 20 Sec., on the cement badminton court of Jindal Strips Limited, Hissar (Haryana), India on 19th April 1994. By positioning near one side of the court, the rallies were played over the net by skillfully stretching and moving the racket under the net to counter hit from the other side of the court. The feather shuttle travelled a linear distance of about 1.5 to 3.0m all through the consistent rally of 1.05 strokes per second.
