Mihirkant Upadhyaya (born on 24th June 1984) from Oregon, USA achieved the record "Most Academically Qualified Individual to Reach Everest Base Camp" He holds one B.E., two M.S., and one Ph.D. degree, all earned from reputed internationally recognized institutions. The trek was completed on 2nd May 2025 at Mt. Everest Base Camp, Solukhumbu District, Nepal, during a 14-day expedition with three participants, promoting the balance between education and fitness as an inspiration for youth.
