Samir S Kakkad (born on 18th May 1973) from Gujarat, India is the Most Car Rallies World Champion with 80% Physical Disability from birth in both legs and cannot make movements below the chest. He participated in many professional car rallies from 31st January 1999 to 5th February 2012 with a self-design kit to drive a four-wheeler.
