Most Expensive Property Sale Deed

Dr Arun Lahoti (Born on 23rd July 1979) from Gujarat, India achieved the record "Most Expensive Property Sale Deed". Generally, all over the world, these property sale deeds are registered on papers but on dated 27th November 2018 he has done the sale deed on a silver sheet. In this sale deed about 2694 gram (2.694 kg) of silver, 8 gm of gold and 200 pcs of American diamond were used. The all-over cost with making was about Rs. 1, 81,733/-. This property deed was made in the name of Rita Rajendrakumar Chandak.
