Most National Leader’s Portraits on National Flag

D.Ananda Raju (Born on 1st May 1970) from Andhra Pradesh, India has achieved the record for “Most National Leader’s Portraits on National Flag”. He designed the National flag with a portrait of 84 national leaders on it measuring 65 meters in length, 1.2 meters in height and displayed on 15th August 2011 in police parade grounds, Kadapa, Andhra Pradesh.
