Most Oil Portraits in a Week

Rajasekharan Parameswaran (born on 2nd June 1963) from Tamil Nadu, India has created “Most Oil Portraits in a Week”. He finished seven oil portrait paintings in seven days titled - Lady with the Rainbow Curtains. These seven portraits having RAINBOW colour curtains viz Violet Indigo, Blue, Green, Yellow, Orange and Red. For each painting, he spent 7 hrs., and used different painting styles of great artists like Peter Paul Rubens, Michal Angelo etc. He started the first painting in this series on 1st October 2012 and finished these 7 paintings on 7th October 2012. These paintings were prepared using a wet-on-wet process, having a size 26" x 18" each. He used some photographs of Dr Adhiletchumy, from Malaysia for reference.
