Most Senior Citizens (Aged above 80 Years) Honoured

BWDA established on 2nd October 1985, with the vision of a poverty-free, prosperous, equitable and sustainable society achieved the record “Most Senior Citizens (Aged above 80 Years) Honoured”. It started to honour senior citizens who have contributed to the welfare of society in innumerable unique ways. BWDA conducted a Senior Citizen programme for Tirunelveli and Tuticorin districts on 2nd October 2017 at FX Engineering College, Tirunelveli where they honoured 1,368 Senior Citizens with King Turban & Memento and provided a gift hamper worth Rs. 2,500/- to each Senior Citizen.
