Planted Most Trees using Diwali Hatri Recycle

Swachgiri Foundation, From Maharashtra, India achieved the record “Planted Most Trees using Diwali Hatri Recycle”. They collected 200 large bags of Hatris through a campaign, where 6000 Hatris were collected weighing 5 tons and recycled manually from 15 November 2023 to 30 January 2024 in three phases separating, smashing, and soil. They converted the entire Hatris into sandy soil in 105 bags. 400 trees were planted using this Diwali Hatri recycled sand on 15 February 2024, 18 February 2024 and 22 February 2024 at Ground SST college, Ulhasnagar, Shiv Mandir Ulhasnagar Camp 1, and Sapna Garden Ulhasnagar Camp 3.
