Shankha Prakshalan Yoga Without any Asanas

Virendra Vikram Singh (Born on 2nd December 1954) from Uttar Pradesh, India achieved the record “Shankha Prakshalan Yoga without any Asanas”. The most significant and unique feature of his achievement is that after drinking about 5-litre lukewarm saline water, he passed out water from the mouth without exercising any Asanas, which are essential and compulsory parts of Shankha Prakshalan. He took 50 minutes to perform this yoga started at 8.00 am and finished at 8.50 am at the CMO office, Balrampur, Uttar Pradesh, India.
