World’s Fastest Violinist

Clarissa Tamara (born 28th April 1999) from Jakarta, Indonesia achieved the record “World’s Fastest Violinist”. She played the violin since 3 years old, and practice for more than 4 hours every day. At the age of 14 years old, she attempts to clock a new world record for "the fastest violinist", and played "Flight of the Bumblebee" in 49, 42 seconds, which means 18 notes per second (273 bpm, a minor scale). This event was performed at Hall Yamaha Music Center, Jakarta, on 15th June 2013.
