Dr S. Ramesh Babu (born on 12th February 1957) from Karnataka, India made the fastest Kite Bridling in One Hour, by bridling 90 self-made standard square paper kites of 12-inch x 12-inch size, at Gandhinagar Higher Secondary School, Bangalore (Karnataka), India, on 8th September 2007. Each unassisted kite bridling process consisting of 33 sub-steps, conforming to the well-known geometric rules for bridling were monitored and qualitatively assessed by 3 authenticating officials for neatness, accuracy and speed.
