Dr S. Ramesh Babu (born on 12th February 1957) from Karnataka, India achieved the Fastest Envelope Making in One Hour, by making 225 envelopes of size 26 cm x 9.5 cm, using A-4 size papers, at Vidyanjali Primary and High School, Gottigere, Bangalore (Karnataka), India, on 13th January 2008. The unassisted envelope making process consisting of 24 sub-steps including picking up the paper, folding, cutting using scissors and pasting using liquid fevicol.
