Longest Absolute Non-Stop Throw Ball Rally

Dr S. Ramesh Babu (born 12th February 1957) from Karnataka, India partnering M. Suresh (39 Years) played 3457 Absolute Non-Stop Throw Ball Rallies in 1 Hr. 30 Min. 8 Sec., on the outdoor clay Throw ball court of Cambridge Institute of Technology, Bangalore (Karnataka), India, on 23rd February 2008, using the Throw Ball Federation of India approved ‘Spartan’ brand throw ball. With a standoff distance of 20 feet between them, the rallies were played over the net at a consistent pace of 38.4 rallies per minute, using only their right hand for throwing the ball reaching a maximum height of about 12 feet. Having surpassed the set target, the feat was intentionally stopped.
