Gurpreet Singh (born on 20th January 1981) from Punjab, India has made “World's Biggest Paper Rakhi” with the help of paper on 11th August 2011.The weight of Rakhi was1.3 kg and diameter 8 feet. Rakhi was made to promote and support the “Save Girl Child Campaign” at alpha one Amritsar.
