Gurpreet Singh (born on 20th January 1981) from Punjab, India has made “World's Biggest Paper Turban”. The biggest turban size is 5 feet in height and 5 feet in length, it was made with paper, foam and cloth having a weight of 3.5 kg on 14th November 2012.
